— Arnold Asjes
Arnold Asjes

Following his internship at Quore Capital, Arnold decided to continue working for Quore Capital in 2016. Arnold completed a master’s degree in Corporate Finance & Banking at Duisenberg. During his bachelor degree, he spent 6 months studying Finance in Hong Kong and one year in the US while playing competitive tennis for the University team.

At Quore Capital, Arnold is part of the sector teams Consumer, Retail & E-commerce and Building, Construction & Materials.

In his free time he likes to play sports (running, squash, tennis, skiing), travel to new (off-the-beaten-track) destinations and meet with friends and family.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

— Sam Beekman
Sam Beekman

After completing his internship in 2025, Sam joined Quore Capital in 2026. He holds master degrees in Finance & Investments, Business Information Management and Corporate Law from Erasmus University. During his studies, he gained experience through an internship in Private Equity.

Outside of work, Sam enjoys travelling. After finishing his studies, he spent several months travelling through Central and South America, where he visited multiple countries and got to know the region well. The trip gave him the chance to explore different cultures, meet new people and see a diverse range of places.

In his free time, Sam likes to stay active and plays sports such as skiing, football and tennis. He also enjoys dining out and discovering new restaurants, as well as travelling to see more of the world whenever he gets the chance.

 

 

 

 

 

— Jasper Blom
Jasper Blom

Jasper joined Quore Capital as a partner in September 2009 having previously worked for ABN AMRO Corporate Finance for 7 years in Amsterdam and London, latest as Vice President.

At Quore Capital, Jasper focusses on de sectors Building, Construction & Materials and Media & Technology.

Jasper is married and father of three children. His hobbies include golf, tennis and running.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

— Rob van Doorn
Rob van Doorn

Rob is one of the founding partners of Quore Capital. After a short period with Twynstra Gudde Corporate Strategy & Finance, Rob joined ABN AMRO Corporate Finance in 2000 where he worked on many transactions from Amsterdam, Hong Kong and London. Whilst he was a Director in the M&A Advisory team, he was responsible for the set up and maintenance of valuation models and theories and he specialised in various sectors (e.g. Retail, Media, Automotive and FIG).

At Quore Capital, Rob focuses on the Consumer, Retail, Media & Technology sectors.

Rob loves golf, gaming, gadgets and everything that moves on wheels and has a motor. He is also a frequent visitor of the gym, tennis court and football pitch to counterbalance his greatest interest: food.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

— Milou Hajer
Milou Hajer

After completing her internship in 2023, Milou joined Quore Capital in 2024. She holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Investments from Erasmus University Rotterdam and gained experience through several internships in Private Equity during her studies

 

At Quore Capital, Milou is part of the Business Services sector team.

 

Outside of work, she enjoys sports (kickboxing, sailing and pilates) and spending time with family and friends. She also loves to cook, especially Indonesian cuisine.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

— Chris Franken
Chris Franken

Chris is one of the co-founders of Quore Capital. Before starting Quore Capital in 2008, Chris was employed by ABN AMRO Corporate Finance for close to nine years. Here he worked for the M&A advisory team as well as the FIG and Retail sector teams in Amsterdam and for the Italian cross-border M&A advisory team in Milan.

Within Quore Capital, Chris is responsible for the Business services sector.

Chris is father of three children, passionate about wine and kitesurfing.

Annieck Grobben

Since March 2025, Annieck has been working at Quore Capital as an office manager. Outside of work, she enjoys sports such as yoga, pilates, and skiing. She also likes to spend time with family and friends.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

— Mickey Hovers
Mickey Hovers

Mickey started his career at ABN AMRO in 1998, where he has held various positions in financing and M&A services within the investment bank up to Senior Vice President in the Corporate Finance department. In 2008, Mickey decided to incorporate Quore Capital together with Chris, Rob and Remco.

At Quore Capital, Mickey focuses on the suite of services in the consumer, retail and media sectors.

— Martijn Schaaf
Martijn Schaaf

Following his internship, Martijn started in August 2019 working for Quore Capital. Prior, Martijn worked as research intern at Rabobank Research and published a paper on the relationship between the Dutch housing market and news media. Martijn holds a double master degree in Corporate Finance and Real Estate Finance (both at the University of Amsterdam), and a bachelor degree in Economics and Finance (University of Amsterdam). Complementary to his bachelor degree, he spent five months studying Finance in Shanghai, China.

At Quore Capital, Martijn is part of the sector teams Consumer, Retail & E-commerce and Business Services.

During his free time, Martijn enjoys to spend time with his family and friends, play sports (running, squash and tennis) and travel to new destinations.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

— Maarten Koch
Maarten Koch

Maarten joined Quore Capital as partner in June 2019 and is responsible for debt advisory and capital structuring.

Prior to joining Quore Capital, Maarten worked for Deutsche Bank as Head of Leveraged Finance Benelux. Additionally he was a member of the management teams ‘Global MidCap Lending’ and ‘Commercial Banking Netherlands’. For Deutsche Bank Maarten was previously based in New York for 3 years, being part of the leveraged debt capital market team.

Before joining Deutsche Bank, Maarten worked for Intermediate Capital Group (ICG) as Head of the Benelux office and for ABN AMRO as part of the Leveraged Finance team.

Maarten led many complex financing cases, buy-outs and financial restructurings. His experience spans virtually all asset classes including senior debt, junior debt, working capital solutions and equity products.

Maarten is married and father of 4 children. In weekends he is full-time supporter of his children’s soccer and hockey teams. He enjoys running with his Spotify play list.

— Remco van der Pol
Remco van der Pol

Remco started his career as a lawyer before switching to banking in 2000. After almost 8 years at ABN AMRO Corporate Finance, lastly as a Senior Vice President responsible for coverage of the retail, consumer and healthcare sectors, Remco co-founded Quore Capital with Mickey, Chris and Rob, his longtime ABN AMRO colleagues and friends.

At Quore Capital Remco is responsible for the markt sectors Consumer, Retail & E-commerce.

Remco is married with two daughters and in his spare time can be found at the gym, the ice rink, on the water or in the mountains.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

— Hein Verloop
Hein Verloop

Hein started his career with ABN AMRO Corporate Finance. After 3.5 years with ABN AMRO, Hein joined Quore Capital in 2009 and became a partner in 2018.

Within Quore Capital, Hein is responsible for modeling, internal knowledge, innovation and further development of the market sectors Building, Construction & Materials and Retail & E-commerce.

Hein is married and father of three children. When family life permits, his hobbies are to race cycling, golf, skiing and travelling (Hein climbed +4,000m peaks on four continents).

 

 

 

 

 

 

— Tijn Wicherink
Tijn Wicherink

After his internship at Quore Capital, Tijn joined the team as an analyst in 2022. He completed his bachelor degree in Business Administration in 2019 and his master degree in Spatial Economics at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam in 2021.

Tijn is part of the sector teams Business Services en Consumer, Retail & E-commerce.
